The presentation website does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or marketing cookies. The hosting server may log technical requests, including IP addresses, to operate and protect the service.

Your account and training
The app stores your name, email address, a hashed password, training profile, plan, event statuses and activities on its server. Session tokens are stored encrypted on Android.
Friends and sharing
Only accepted friends can see your shared manual activities and your event interests or registration statuses. Manual activities are private by default. Strava imports remain private.
Optional AI conversation
After you consent in the app, your question and training profile are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Email addresses and imported Strava workouts are excluded. Requests use store:false. Processing remains subject to the AI provider’s terms.
Connected accounts
Connecting Strava uses its OAuth authorization process. Access credentials are encrypted on the server. Disconnecting removes imported Strava data. Garmin connectivity is planned and not currently available.
Requests and preview limitations
Account export, full account deletion, email verification and password recovery are not yet available as self-service features. For data requests, contact info@trainlumo.com. TrainLumo is an early preview; use the account features with this limitation in mind.
